Forgot to give you the connection pinout from the UBW to the WB6DHW board:
UBW     WB6DHW board
TX      
RX      
GND     Gnd (Pin 2)
VCC     Vdd (Pin 1)
RB0     SDA (Pin 3)
RB1     SCL (Pin 4)

A 4 wire cable between the boards is required as shown above.
