I'm surprised that in all this nobody has noted that the files area is 
rapidly approaching capacity - currently 89+ percent, up from 87% just a 
few days ago.

Am I the only one who feels that the current system keyed largely to the 
contributor's call is a cumbersome and difficult system that promotes that 
storage of obsolete files long past their "best by" date?
