Thanks, Tony. Indeed there was a short on the 5v bus. I had U6 inverted, must've gotten excited that I was almost through with construction. After pulling U6 and reinstalling it correctly, the short corrected. I am now getting correct voltage and current measurements from the 2 test points. I also took note of the line input from another post about frying U8 and installed 3pin headers for the line in and out ports. I get no signal from the board, it seems deaf. Can somebody point me in another direction or have I completely borked this? :)
