Tony, I ordered an IF kit for 10.695(?) MHz IF for the TS-2000. Did I do wrong?
Is the IF kit different than a normal SoftRock kit? Could the IF kit be made to work wit the external oscillator (XTal )? If I need the external oscillator how much additional do I owe you? This would require a fundamental crystal at a frequency of 4 / 3 the desired 10m center frequency. A 28.1 MHz center frequency, for example, would require a fundamental crystal of 37.467 MHz. I have not been able to find low-cost crystals suitable for 10m 1/3 sub-harmonic sampling. 73, Tony KB9YIG ----- Original Message ----- From: John E To: [email protected] Sent: Thursday, June 05, 2008 9:15 AM Subject: Re: [softrock40] Small additional run of SoftRock Lite kits will be available Hi is a 10m going to be in the works?
