The 10.7 MHz SoftRock Lite kit I supply uses a low-cost 14.318 MHz
crystal 
to give a 1/3 sub-harmonic sampled center frequency of about 10.738 MHz,

(3*14.318 / 4). If your soundcard can sample at 96 kHz the band coverage

will be from 10.69 MHz to 10.786 MHz and should give good coverage of
your 
IF output. Also, the oscillator frequency of the SoftRock will be well 
removed from your IF frequency.

I think things will be in good shape if your soundcard can sample at 96
kHz.
