Just to add to the "Strange Signals" mystery, I am listening to some sort of Chinese/Korean broadcast signal on my SDR-1000 and 20M beam. It is 1500Z, and I am located in western SD USA. It is smack dab on 14.070, the main PSK (USB) frequency! I have never heard this signal before, it is fairly strong, enough to wipe out any hope of copying any PSK31 signals with it's side bands. Does anyone have a clue? Since I am sure that may SoftRocks are used on this frequency for that mode, it seems germane to this list.
