Yes, sadly, the one on 14010 is real.  I haven't positively identified it, but 
that extremely irritating music is characterisitic of "Voice of Korea" (North).
 
I've logged it with my Intruder Watch Coordinator, but a few more from "y'all" 
wouldn't hurt.
