Many thanks for the kit which arrived last week, having been posted May 24. I
had previously received the Si570 from Tom. I have now organised an enclosure,a
sound card and other bits & pieces and shall make a start on soldering it up
towards the end of this week. Many thanks to you and Tom for all the effort
this project entails (not forgetting any of the contributors), and for Robby's
website which I shall be using extensively over the next few days.

The 200 Lite+Xtall v8.3 boards I received on May 14 are now down to
about ten boards left when all 190 orders for this kit are filled.
Unfilled orders are down to about twenty as of today, June 6. Some of
the remaining unfilled orders are multiple kit orders for DX mailing
and these orders will be filled at the rate of one kit per day with kit
maiing continuing into next week.
Thus far there has not been enough positive feedback to make me think
that another run of the v8.3 Lite+Xtall kit should be made.
I am currently waiting on a second group of 100 pieces of the CMOS
Si570 and have open orders for about 60 of these devices. Many of the
v8.3 kits recently shipped were shipped without the CMOS Si570 that was
incluced with the kit order. As soon as I receive the next group of
CMOS Si570 devices I will quickly fill these open orders for the CMOS
Si570.
Please let me know of any problems with the v8.3 kit or the CMOS Si570.
