For headers with up to four connections, cannibalize the audio cable
used between a PC motherboard and a CDROM drive. There are only three
connections (which is good for audio L+R+Gnd), but you can pull the
pin out from one connector and use it in another and get four
connections. One end is always 0.1" spaced. Sometimes you can find
cables with both ends that are 0.1" spaced.
