**Qualifications**
Previous implementation skills with *Websphere 6.0 *and other application
servers.
- Experience in design, development and implementation of *Business

*Process Modeled (BPM =96 AquaLogic)* software solutions, systems and
products
- Dynamic web interface design using XHMTL, CSS, JSP, etc.
- Application integration using Web Services and message
oriented middleware:
JMS, MQ-series
- Spring frameworks
- Hibernate
- Java 1.4/1.5
- *10+ years* of Experience needed.
