Quality Assurance Software Engineer JOB DESCRIPTION: * Support Orion Software Quality Assurance (SQA) * Review and assessments involving software and software products during the entire software life cycle * Demonstration and documentation of software assurance functions for all Orion developed software * Audit software products and processes and any software supplier’s internal SQA activities * Evaluate both the progress and effectiveness of SQA tasks * Identify and eliminate or control real and potential process problems which co u ld introduce failures into flight and flight support software * Travel as requested * Perform other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS: * BS Degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited university or equivalent experience/combined education * Computer Science, MIS or CIS degree is highly desirable * Normally possess 3-5 yrs experience in Software Engineering and/or SQA * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work with the customer on a professional level * Must be able to pass a DoD background investigation * US Citizenship status Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
