QA Analyst At least 3 years of experience with Quality Assurance backend and middle tier testing. Knowledge of Linux/Unix and Oracle are must. Ability to work under pressure in the high demanding, dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple projects Excellent understanding of QA processes, practices and methodologies. Ability to create and execute test plans and test cases. Exceptional Communications skills both verbal and written. Knowledge of Automation tools, programming languages and VMWare is a big plus ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1- Test and certify software quarterly releases is ready for production usage 2- Test and certify software projects are ready for production usage 3- Test and certify software patches and fixes are ready for production usage 4- Test and certify deployment procedures provided by Engineering 5- Ensure QA group practices and procedures are followed for all software released a. Estimate testing effort and develop WBS for executions b. Create test plans according to the Realmedia standards c. Create test cases according to the Realmedia standards d. Conduct test plans and test cases reviews with project stakeholders; communicate testing approach, assumptions, constraints and risks. Obtain stakeholders’ sign-off on test plans and test cases e. Track and report QA progress of the software tested by using standard Issue registers f.
