* * * * *Datastage Developer:* * Location: Sacramento, CA* * Duration: 3-6mths* * * *Need local or nearby consultants * Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience. Strong Working Knowledge of *IBM DataStage 8.0 or 7.5 and Information Analyzer* - Development of Jobs with a broad knowledge of key stages- Understanding of complex textual transformations - Ability to join data where simple key linkage is not possible - Experience with *version upgrades and tuningUnderstanding of Relational and Dimensional database* structures Working knowledge of *SQL and Shell Scripting* required. Experience with *source/version control solutions and automated deployment tools preferred.* Experience with *COBOL is* a plus but not required.
