Software Automation Quality Assurance Manager Responsibilities * Lead, manage, and mentor a team of functional/performance automation engineers * Evaluate and approve automated solutions for scalability and usability to meet testing requirements * Develop, manage, and execute test automation strategy, test plans, and test cases * Manage and distribute test coverage and execute status reports * Coordinate testing with cross functional teams * Plan staff resource needs by project * Mentor and motivate staff by instilling creativity, positivity, and teamwork Qualifications / Experience * BA/BS degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, or equivalent experience * 4+ years hands-on management of software quality assurance automation teams with a combination of functional and performance testing in a formal testing environment * Prior experience evaluating, implementing and driving Software Automation tools * Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle * Detailed understanding of the test management life cycle * Development and maintenance of a test plan repository * Proven track record of delivering quality products on-time * Strong data collection and analysis skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Solid understanding of SQL/relational database concepts, and client- server concepts * Prior experience with eTester and eLoad helpful Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
