QA Engineer Job Description and Details: • Write test cases and develop automation scripts to support specific areas of test coverage assigned • Track down issues found in testing and automation runs, working closely with Development, QA Leads and Product Owners for resolution • Participate in all roles of Scrum/ Agile software development process, including morning standup meetings, storytelling, execution of test cases, development of automation, push of code to live site and code maintenance • Candidate will be responsible to write test cases and test web services written in J2EE technologies. Job Requirements: MUST HAVE: • Experience with open source testing tools: JUnit, JMeter, etc. • Strong Knowledge of SQL, PERL, XML, Web Services Schema and UNIX • 3+ years of Software QA experience with a good understanding of QA methodology OTHER REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to design test plans and execute test procedures for complex applications and performing all kinds of testing that includes black and white box testing, regression testing, load and performance testing • Building test automation from scratch • Automation experience in Java or Web flow applications (TestComplete, Selenium etc.) • Strong familiarity with Web technologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills required • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum software development environment Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
