Engineer IV, Test Work to develop less experienced engineers in performance of qual testing and report generation. · Support product development needs. · Perform test hardware and software activities in accordance with industry and company standards, including all necessary design and verification documentation as required by Solutions teams. Minimum Qualifications: * Experience: 7+ years of relevant experience in sensor design and development in a test engineering environment. Aerospace experience preferred. * Knowledge: Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Strong process knowledge and understanding of both product and test equipment development. Engineering and Technology, Mathematics, English, Design, Physics, Telecommunications, Production and Processing. * Skills: Planning, Organizing, Analysis, Leadership, Interpersonal, Decision Making, Oral and Written Presentation Skills in English, Multi-Tasking, Project Management, Active Listening, Troubleshooting, Critical Thinking, Reading Comprehension, Complex Problem Solving, Active Learning, Systems Analysis, Judgment and Decision Making, Time Management. * Education/Certification: Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering or Physics.
