experienced QA engineer • At least 2 years experience as a QA engineer • Understanding of blackbox and whitebox testing • Experience writing custom code to test either web or mobile apps • Ability to write automated test scripts • Knowledge of SQL a plus • Experience with cross-browser testing and web debugging with Firebug/Chrome • Prior creation of test plans and test cases. • Strong attention to detail in manual QA • Mobile QA experience, including mobile web and native Android, iPhone, and iPad. • Skill and excitement about automating QA processes to whatever extent possible, particularly on mobile. This includes experience with Selenium and other automated testing frameworks. • Terrific communication and collaboration skills -- both with engineers and product owners. • Inclination to create and sustain new processes. • You will build a QA process for our product suite, as well as perform testing on our suite of mobile and web offerings. Currently, QA is performed primarily by product managers.
