Digital Quality Assurance Analyst, Senior Works with the project team to ensure quality throughout the product lifecycle, including reviewing specifications, developing schedules, and resolving issues. Ability to diagnose severity of a problem and take a leadership role in problem resolution. Participates in process improvement studies in order to measure outcomes and evaluate services. Full participation in the Software Development Life Cycle whether a traditional Waterfall method or an Agile approach. Ability to lead software testing projects and assists in the training of lower level QA staff members. Basic Qualifications: o Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent o Three to five years of experience in web/mobile quality assurance. o One to two years mobile application testing experience. Proven effective use of various computer software programs such as Rally, Jira, Silk Test, QTP, Selenium, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Microsoft Project, Visio, Outlook, and Web proficiency. Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail oriented. Time management, project management and organizational skills. Ability to make quality, independent decisions. Analytical and strong problem solving skills. Ability to work effectively and efficiently under tight deadlines, high volumes and multiple interruptions.
