QA Testing Analyst- Lead * Lead and manage Test Analysts (including off-shore resources) to complete testing for corporate projects · Create Test Strategy/Plan Document (working closely with Development team, SME’s and Business to ensure full coverage of acceptance criteria to be met during testing). · Facilitate the creation of SIT, DR & UAT Test Cases (working closely with your Test analysts, SME’s and Business to ensure user criteria are clearly defined and testable). · Create and deliver testing estimates, testing metrics (defect metrics), testing implementation plans · Create daily/weekly test execution metrics and status reporting · Assist the Project Managers to drive project team to defect resolution · Partnering with Technical PM and team in the planning, and building of the test environments · Leverage existing tools/techniques to streamline and automate wherever possible · Actively participate in walk-through, inspection, review and user group meetings for quality assurance · Participate in production implementation verification and being accountable for validating system quality · Comply with standards of the software development life cycle and follow strategies, plans and procedures within Information Technology software · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Coaching, mentoring and leading team members · Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment o 5-7+ years of Quality Assurance Lead experience o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience o Knowledge of test data requirements, oversight for planning and conditioning test data for complex test scenarios o Previous experience working with offshore resources and time zone difference o Test tool experience – Test Management (Quality Center), Automation, Defect Tracking, etc. o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) o Previous analytical experience (analyzing problems and analyzing results) Thank you, Team SQAFYI - Software QA Resource FYI http://sqa.fyicenter.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Software Quality Assurance Center" group.
