I am pleased to say that it shouldn't be much longer before I am ready to
ride again. Some of you may know I spilled my '550 earlier this year and
broke my right elbow and shoulder. I'm still in physical therapy, but should
be strong enough to ride very soon. I had a bit of bad luck, the accident
was pretty minor, but I happend to land with all my weight on my right
elbow. The bike fared much better, only a broken rear turn signal and a few
minor scratches. The headlamp is askew but appears with some persuasion it
should go back where it belongs.

One of the last things I did before I had my accident was to attempt an oil
change. Actually I changed the oil, but was unable to get the bolt out of
the oil filter to change it. I am afraid if I torque it much harder it will
break. Anyone have a tip on this?
