Let me put in a plug here for a program called K9. Freeware and has virtually eliminated all spam from my home computer. An important thing to note about this worm is that just because you seem to be sending emails from you computer (caused by the delivery failure messages) it does not necessarily mean that YOU have a virus on your computer.
