Hi everyone,
I'm a new member (#2989), and I just purchased my first bike a couple of
months ago. It's a 1975 CB400F. I've done a few repairs to it already to
get it road worthy (Rebuilt front brake caliper and cleaned out the carbs),
but now I'm tackling the task of Tightening the Cam Chain. Right away I ran
into a problem. It seems the last owner sheared off the "Adjuster Bolt".

Can I just "Easy out" the rest of the bolt and replace it, or what would
you recommend to get the sheared bolt out? It's missing the head and about
one-quarter to one-half the bolt.

Also after I get the bolt out, can I just replace this bolt with one from
my local Hardware store or will I have to get a replacement from Honda?

Thanks in advance for you advice,
Neal
