Hi Steve,
I change the oil/filter, add stabilizer to the fuel, run the engine long
enough assure the treated fuel circulates through the carbs and top off the
gas tank to have as little air within the tank as possible.
I also charge the battery to full charge and then recheck the battery
every month to assure the charge is up to specs.

Subject: Storing bike for winter.
Since I am a recent transplant to the northeast from the coast of
California, Could you good people of the list that have to endure snow and
store your bike for the winter let me in on what and how you prepare your
mechanical steed for the winter rest?
Thanks
Steve
