When the petcock from the original type petcock (mine is a74 cb550) is set to off, fuel flow should be zero, correct? I replaced the 4 holed gasket about 2 years ago, so I'd be surprised if it is bad. But, today, one of the carbs was still leaking gas more then 3 minutes after I added gas to an empty tank. (I know the carb is messed up, too, but right now I'm more concerned with not being able to kill the fuel supply).
