Maybe I'm totally off the track, but even though flow is zero, there is som pressure from the fuel caught between the petcock and the carbs. If only one is leaking, I'd suspect the carb. Just for grins, pull the hose off the t-junction, drain what's in it, and put the end in a catch basin to verify there's no flow. In telecom, when you don't know if the problem is at one end or the other, check the middle. Cheers, Carlos
