Hi people, I've just had my 750/4 rejetted and find that here are some issues still outstanding...
At idle the mixture is fine. At WFO the mixture is fine. At half - three/fourths the mixture is fine. At partial (just cracked to half) it's rich to all blazes. Are there sources for different profile needles? Is there an option for altering the cutaway to reduce the fuel flow at just cracked to half? Alternately, what's the go for computer controlled injection? BTW, the graphs show 55hp at the wheel at 8,000 and still pointing up. I didn't want to run it past the red. I'm told that the Dynojet dynos inflate the hp figures by about 17%, so the Rickman is 65hp if run on a Dynojet. Is that good for a '73? Regards, Phill
