Hi,

I'd use "Misc->Configure yourself->Rhythms, ternary time" - there's a 
tab called 'Config', you can turn there on or off any notes you like (or 
probably twice longer ones, changing than tempo to faster - "Beats per 
minute"). You can also change the length of a question there.
