Hi!
If you want, I can do the refactoring before merging this into Solfege. I
think we can do it as soon as I get 3.20 out the door.
The code that changes m_custom_mode in on_start_practise enables check
buttons on the config page if the ask_for_intervals_0 variable is not set
in the lesson file.
I can look at the test code later. I don't remember exactly how it works
now. I'll try to remember to write some documentation for it.
