If you had a bunch of independent things you wanted to do, having a single
processor forces you to squish them together (say you even added another
document type to your index and then wanted to add another mutation operation).
What if we had some sort of hybrid between the two approaches. Had a list of
processors, and the last would have primary responsibility for getting the
documents in the index?
