yes, returning only one field would perfectly fit my needs, but Darrell seems
to need more or even the complete document. So I think we need a collapse
parameter that defines the field(s) of the removed documents that have to be
included in the response. The Ajax approach is quite interesting but
unfortunatly does not fit our needs in this case.
Darrell, the counts are already inluded in the repsonse by default, look for
"collapse_count".
