Are the Wiki issues mentioned in previous threads resolved? I think I
can at least lend a hand with a few clean up items for 1.4, but I dont
want to make matters worse.

The plan still seems to be to release next week. It's a great time to
update our documentation, esp the highly visible stuff like the main
website page and feature list. The 1.4 release will probably cause a
traffic spike, so it seems like we should do what we want to do on
that front before the news hits the wire.
I put some ideas here:
http://wiki.apache.org/solr/Solr1.4
Since there will be continuing doc updates, etc, perhaps we should
just continue using the nightly builds:
http://people.apache.org/builds/lucene/solr/nightly/
I can kick of another nightly build any time someone needs it (i.e.
makes a meaningful change that they want pushed out quickly).
