You can't possibly have written it any more quickly then i did the original
dismax parser ... i mean jusus: was so rushed i forgot to test "AND" in
uppercase, and as a result didn't request the time i needed to do it all the
right way.
i think we've all suffered from my poor initial implementation long enough.
