There was a change in the configs between 6.1 and 6.6. If you upgraded you system and kept the old configs then the /export handler won't work properly. Check solrconfig.xml and remove any reference to the /export handler. You also don't need to specify the rq or wt when you access the /export handler anymore. This should work fine:
