Try re-installing the firmware, which I'm 99.9% sure is what SW is gonna tell you. Something's obviously wrong on the inside of it.. When you created the pcAnywhere rule, did you specify the internal LAN ip?

Using a browser (NS 4.7 and IE 5.5sp2) I tried to add a new rule for PCAnywhere. I got the rule added (was the number 1 on the list) but when I had my software vendor try to access the PC the log in the sonicwall shows a dropped connection because of rule #28 (which is the default Deny everything from WAN to LAN) Now the really weird part! If I try to delete the PC anywhere rule or disable the Wan to lan deny or do anything similar the Sonicwall reboots! Before I call Tech has anyone heard of this problem?
