Currently Premium Supoprt 888-777-1476 has a 24 minute wait time with lovely muzac.
I tried using the KB at www.sonicwall.com. I logged in using my previous account (back in oct 2001) and it shows ZERO products so now I'm waiting and typing this message ;) Yes, In the rules I specifically pointed to the internal IP. But what I did not do is under the "Services" tab you can enter the public lan server IP. It defaults to 0.0.0.0 For my Mail server (also internal, what is being used for this list) I have my private IP in this box for the pop, smtp services.
