Our XPRS2 went dark several months ago - I was down for almost week waiting
for a new unit - $75 to call for a warranty replacement.  A spare power
supply may not have helped in that situation - it appeared OK on my meter.

At first, I was irritated to pay $75 just to get my RMA, but after waiting
over a month for a reply to another issue - and then the response is "You
have no service contract," I have been successfully beaten back to where
they want me. :)
