I'm happy to say that I called SonicWall and they sent me a new power
supply for my SOHO2.  Pluged in the new Power Supply and PRESTO!

It's now working.

Just as a sidebar for the few who care the thing that made it a bit
confusing for me was that the Power Light on the Appliance did go on, but
very dim.  It's now lit up pretty good with the new power supply.
