Okay, this is done... But I can still get to the forbidden domain.  Just
for fun I put in www.ifilm.com and ifilm.com... Enable filter list and
enable keyword blocking are both checked.

When adding a forbidden domain you don't enter http://www.peake.com (for

instance) just peake.com

Make sure "enable filter list" is checked and also "Enable Keyword
Blocking"
