Welcome.   As far as the problem with a box to box VPN, I had the same problem last week using preshared key.   Turns out the ISP at a remote office was doing something (not sure what yet, I have not investigated yet,) and had to do a manual key.   You might want to try that just to see if that works.   John Tolmachoff IT Manager, Network Engineer RelianceSoft, Inc.
