It depends on the client OS. If it is working fine, then leave it. If it
becomes a problem, and you need to have it unchecked on the Sonicwall, you
can go into the registry of the client OS and configure it there. You can
also use a program called something like DrTCP to do this in a GUI.

The reason for checking that box is that way to matter what the packet size
the client OS is sending, the Sonicwall wall will repackage it according to
needs.
