John, are you familiar with a product by www.vamsoft.com called ORFEE "Open Filter Relay" Enterprise Edition. I just installed it on my Exchange Server and for a novice like me I really like the ease of it. You can select multiple blacklists. For me I'm blocking some 78% of mail.
