Okay, I see these messages, we use ORFEE and block 4000+ mails a day with it (allow/block ratio ~12%). John T is completely correct, you can't play the game of blocking spam with your sonicwall (been there, done that myself). To use a DNS block list, you had better have control of all your MX records. Spammers tend to send directly to your secondary if you have one.
