told Tanjug on Saturday that ''we should not be divided over the issue
of joining the EU, rather, it is best and necessary to be united and
tell the EU that it can only count on a Serbia with Kosovo, as its
province, becoming its member.'' ''Instead of being divided over the
issue of EU membership, it is of utmost importance that as a state and
nation we clearly and in a united manner define our goal, this being
that only a unified Serbia can be a member of three, for us, major
international organizations: the United Nations, the Organization for
Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) and the European Union,''

premier, Branislav Ristivojevic, said on Friday evening that EU special
envoy Pieter Feith's presence in Kosovo is illegal and self-willed, and
that this represents ''open mockery of the UN authority.'' ''We do not
know who he represents, who authorized him to come to Kosovo, what are
the legal bases for his presence in the province, nor in which capacity
he is addressing Belgrade,'' Ristivojevic told Tanjug.
