International symposium about suffering of Serbs in Srebrenica 04 October 2008. Stefan Karganovic, the President of the NGO History Project Srebrenica, which has been founded in Holland, has stated that that organization will file a lawsuit against the UN and Holland, because of the demise of Serb nationality civilians in Srebrenica, during the war in Bosnia-Herzegovina. At the international symposium in Banjaluka, Karganovic said that the lawsuit will be filed because the Dutch soldiers, who were members of the UN peace corps, had not taken adequate measures to protects Serbs in the Srebrenica area and prevent their demise. He assessed that the Serb victims were ignored, as in the world there is just one story about what happened in Srebrenica in July 1995, and he reminded of the suffering of thousands of innocent Serbs, killed by troops of Naser Oric, who was acquitted from responsibility by the Hague Tribunal, for the lack of evidence.
