My address is somewhat inaccurate. Namely, c/o Mrs. Stana Ljubisavljevic (my wife) is omitted. C/O appears wrongly in front of Balkanska 28 (street and number of the building). Of course, Yugoslavia no longer exists. My correct address is printed at the end of this e-mail letter. My wife Stana Ljubisavljevic is the beneficiary of the same amount of my monthly benefit in case of my death, and I included her name in my address. Please confirm this fact. Thank you very much. Of course, the Statement of my benefit is accurate. Your official duty is to supervise the NMERB benefit payments to the retirees, but you may sometimes wonder how those retirees live their last years on this Earth. My life is very strange. As the records of the NMERB certainly show, I am probably the longest paid annuitant ever, since April 1976, after the strangest case of the retirement at the UNM. But, I do not want to dwell on the past. I am still active with my research, which was the reason for my coming to Boston in the USA almost 50 years ago in 1959. I still want to deliver to the world the scientific truth, which I discovered over 60 years ago as a student at the Belgrade University, when I was expelled from that University as an anti-people student by the former communist regime in Yugoslavia. I found then an error, 3 (three) centuries old error in the very foundation of physics that the center of mass and the center of gravitation are mistakenly considered as one single point. The correction of that error leads inexorably to the unification of gravitation and electromagnetism, which leads inexorably to the downfall of the two acceptedand highly praised theories of physics, namely the relativity theory and the dynamo theory of the origin of the Earths magnetic field, while the quantum mechanics and the particle theory must be thoroughly revised. My research papers were rejected when I was at the UNM, when I was ridiculously labeled as an anti-Semite, which is an insult to me. My latest research papers are still rejected as inappropriate and as not of interest to our readers , or improbability without any single argument except the referee (exact quotation) feels this (this refers to producing a crucial link in grand unified field theory in the previous sentence) has not been achieved if it had, it would be worthy of the Nobel Prize committee rather than our journal, and he (author, i.e., I, Jovan Djuric) would have succeeded in a simple paper where, for example, Einstein failed in his lifetime. This last sentence stinks of the Uebermensch complex and is discriminatory and insulting, since if Einstein failed, how can a simple Serb solve that problem!? That referee-editor feels, he does not think, just like birds who have no brain, only a soul, to quote Julian Huhley from his book Essays of a Biologist. GJI stands for Geophysical Journal International. I am sorry to bother you with all these details, but I had to explain the reasons that I take the liberty to ask you for assistance. Namely, my short experimental paper entitled EXPERIMENT IN EARTHS GRAVITATIONAL FIELD in the pdf format is attached herewith. This is a very simple paper and can be read and understood by any reasonably educated person. My experimental results and my theoretical results using strictly the laws and the rules of classical physics and the Newtons theory of gravity show unquestionably that the quark hypothesis is absolutely unnecessary. Heisenberg and many other outstanding scientists disapproved strongly of the quark hypothesis. Needless to say, the editors of all scientific journals so far rejected even that short paper of mine, thus suppressing the publication of my discovery of a very important scientific truth. Billions of dollars are spent at the CERN (whose Large Hadron Collider was opened last month) and elsewhere for the research of the hypothetical sub-elementary particles like quarks, but in vain in view of my experimental and theoretical research results. Dr. Murray Gell-Mann, the Nobel Prize laureate has proposed the hypothetical sub-elementary particle called quark When I was in Albuquerque in l999, I learned that Dr. Gell-Mann was a researcher at the Santa Fe Institute. I believe that Dr. Murray Gell-Mann is a conscientious scientist in search of truth, and that my experimental and theoretical results will be of interest for him.
