Sarajevo mayor welcomes Serbia's "gesture"

SARAJEVO -- Sarajevo Mayor Semiha Borovac [ a Muslim] says she welcomes the
Serbian president's decision that enabled a quantity of Serbia's gas to be
given to Bosnia.
Sending the gas that reached this country and its capital amid a crisis that
saw it, and much of the Balkans, cut off from the Russian deliveries was a
gesture of good will, she said.
Borovac also voiced support for the Bosnian Federation government's and gas
companies' efforts to secure additional amounts of gas and heating oil.
