Log message:
macppc ld.so: Load objects with no PLT
Move the check for BSS PLT (if PPC_GOT is zero) after the check for
any kind of PLT (if PLTREL is RELA), so an object without a PLT stops
causing "unsupported insecure BSS PLT object". I got such an object
from Pike https://pike.lysator.liu.se using ld -nostartfiles.
