Afaik, it depends on what you want to know.

sysctl command (in the base) provides some info, e.g.

odin$ sysctl hw.model
hw.model=Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz

Then there is dmidecode, but that is not in the base OpenBSD system:

dmidecode -t processor
