On major issue is not knowing if you are up to date with another developer in SJ. We need icons on the tree nodes to show if there is new content to download anywhere underneath them.
Otherwise you have to remember to do a full "GET" all the time, and that is slow and error-prone, especially if you have files checked out.
Perforce has this kind of thing.
