You guys pretty much have my thinking down. Haven't heard from the JIRA folks. 
Don't want to wait
on this forever. I spent about three or four hours yesterday fooling around 
with various issues
tracking systems. phpBugTracker won the contest on features + ease of 
installation, at least of
all the systems I tried out. Timo, I actually looked into Mantis and decided I 
just liked phpbt
better. What is it that you like about Mantis over phpbt?

Thanks for the tip on Elips, Anin. I actually tried that one out first and 
spent a couple of hours
with it, but couldn't get it working right. I'm I could have fixed my problems 
if I had stuck with
it, but phpBugTracker just ended up being easier for me.

Unless someone has a significant complaint against phpbt or wants to take the 
time to set up
something better, I think we'll stick with it.

There seems to be an issue with the emails getting sent from our phpbt 
installation. Probably some
kind of config error. I'll look into it. In the mean time, I'll send your 
username and password to
each of you in an individual email.
